This involves our estimators/project managers, our superintendents, our foremen, our framers, our hangers, and our laborers. We are a team all working together for our clients.

Our History

Live Oak Construction opened in 1989 by previous owner and founder Joe Gilligan. Under his direction and guided by his ethical business practices, the company became a success in the central Texas area. Joe hired Scott Nunnelly as an estimator and project manager in 2009. For several years Joe showed Scott the “Live Oak way” and in mid-2011 he sold the business to Scott. Sadly in 2012, Joe passed away. Joe was a kind and generous man who always believed the best in people and was truly a friend to all.
