02 HARDBID
Once the scope and specifications are finalized, we provide a competitive, fixed-price proposal based on real-time bid analysis from our pre-qualified vendor network. Our comprehensive bid package ensures all pricing, labor projections, and scheduling align with contract requirements for a seamless transition into construction.
03 THE PLAN
After NTP, we conduct a site walk to assess conditions, access constraints, and delivery logistics while finalizing the Scope of Work and material procurement lead times. A detailed plan review, safety assessment, and pre-con meeting all ensure cost alignment, risk mitigation, and successful execution.
02 EXECUTION
With contract award, we focus on safe and efficient execution, leveraging skilled crews and proven methods to maintain the Project Schedule and Quality Control. Regular progress meetings, site inspections, and transparent communication keep our clients aligned and ensure project success.
05 COMPLETION
